    • M-PESA (Buy Goods or Till Number)
    • Cash on delivery (in Nairobi only)
    • Bank transfer (for corporate or bulk orders)
  • Orders outside Nairobi require payment before dispatch.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.
  • An order is considered confirmed once payment is made (where required) and dispatch is scheduled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within 2–3 business days across Kenya.
  • Nairobi deliveries may be completed same day or next day depending on time and location.
  • Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated during order processing.
  • Pickup is available from our Nairobi CBD shop:

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
